I believe you have to start in the soul and figure out what it is that you need fulfilled to live your best life.

 You’re here because you want to become a healthier human but WHY?

My WHY is for my mental health. 

I had two babies back to back and I became overweight, lost and depressed. I saw a picture that was taken of me and my body wasn’t healthy but you could see my mind wasn’t healthy either. 

My shoulders were rounded forward.  I was slumped down and my eyes were empty. I had 2 beautiful babies, an 8 year old daughter and an amazing husband. I should have been on top of the world but I was missing my health. 

That was the moment I knew that I had to take action. It was either going to the doctor and getting antidepressants or figuring out my health for myself. 

So I started on this journey of personal development and fitness along with eating healthy foods and taking natural supplements to get my body the things it was lacking. 

The reason WHY I live a healthy lifestyle is because the alternative for me was medication. 

My WHY is non-negotiable, my kids need a healthy mom. 

So what is your WHY?

The real one down in your soul?

That is what will keep you going everyday. 

A healthy mind and a healthy body go hand-in-hand once you figure out the soul then you have to conquer the mind. 

Our minds are a funny thing they can talk us out of things and give us excuses. I found that my mind was the biggest thing holding me back from living a healthy life. So I started to learn about conquering the mind. I learned how to become in control of my mind instead of my mind controlling me. Which is just a fancy way of saying I started calling myself on my own bullshit. 

I understand that life is busy and we are being a million things to a million people but we have to fill up our own cup before we can pour into others. 

So I started taking half an hour each morning to work on my mind while I was working on my body. I did this by listening to podcasts and watching YouTube videos along with listening to audible books all about mindset. I listened while I moved my body and worked out. Somedays I went for a walk others a jog and then I learned to run. 

I started to dedicate half an hour to my own mental and physical health and my family got to reap the benefits because it wasn’t just my body becoming healthier but my mind started to change and become healthier too. 

When your mind is feeling good and your body is feeling good, life is good! When life is good you  want to eat good food. I learned about what my body needed to perform at its best and I started to fuel my body with healthy foods and supplements. 

Then I became so passionate about it I built a business helping others do the same! 

When you feel good, you want to help others feel good too. I have now build a team of hundreds of women just like you who are feeling better, looking better and helping others do the same. 

We are changing the world and creating a healthier community one woman at a time.
